seriously, why pick on the kids for this? If you expect to use public pool facilities on a ship with several thousand people, and don't think somebody isn't taking a leak in the pool, i have a wonderful can't lose investment opportunity for you.

Giving credit where credit is due! Got my refund posted to my credit card today.

1 month after we cruised and 4 emails and 4 phone calls - but we are good!

As I stated earlier - I was on the Carnvial Breeze - due to be in Grand Turk on 2/16 and rented a golf cart from Nathan.

We missed the port.

I have emailed him 4 times and called and talked to him 2 times - still no credit back.

Just a FYI

We are staying at the Ramada Miami Airport North. Free airport and cruise port shuttle.

Will let you all know how it is. It is getting mixed reviews - but we only need a clean place to sleep.

Becuase of the time we are going all the prices were out of sight and we booked air late - so most hotels were already booked for the Miami Boat Show.

Great review so far - looking forward to the ports as I will be hitting them in 13 days!

Looking at flying into FLL and spending the night in FLL and then taking a SAS shuttle to the Port of Miami next am - what hotel do you suggest that is in FLL but closer to Port of Miami.

yes, - I bid $99 for 3.5 Star - - Got Courtyard Marriot Mirmar for $118.15 with taxes and fees. That was my final charge via Priceline.

Try bidding San Juan 3.5 star - we got the Marriott Mirmar for 2/5 for $99 after bidding Resort and 4 star for 2 moths!

Hi Nancy, where is that Hampton? Lou has a couple of free nights, if we can use it there. sometimes there for a lower category. if not i may call them directly and see if they can do any better.

I bid Resort and 4 star for 2 months - finally went to 3.5 and got the Marriott Mirmar - seems good enough for us for 1 night precruise.

Regular rates starting at $209-- that's 62% off!

No - tried all times and days for 2 months! lol Everyone else seemed to be able to get rooms wtih no problem. I would start early incase you have problems.

Thanks everyone! It has been long and hard - just got the other 2 couples at the same hotel for the same price.

Now all we need is the air fare and we are watching it daily. Some say it will drop after the first of Sept. I think we will go ahead and book then anyway - we are all ok with the price.

Finally got something!

Just tried again for 2/5/11 up to $120 and 3.5 stars with no winning bid! I have been trying for 2 months now.

We are sailing 2/6 - when we booked the cruise airfare was $419 - I tried to get my group to book and they wanted to wait - it is now $484.

Hope it comes down next month as we will have to book then.
