I haven 't decided what to do in Cozumel as of yet and travelling solo. After reading through the posts (I'm looking for an inexpensive relaxing kind of day with some great guac and cold beer :)) I think Money Bar or Paradise Beach may be my best bet. Are cabs safe for solo female travellers to/from the Pier in Cozumel (Carnival)? Are any of these places in town so I could throw in a little shopping? Which do you think would be the least expensive cab fare?
I was interested in Nanchi but assuming I can't find anyone to share a cab with I think the day will cost close to $100- a little more than I wanted to spend.
i'd rather "splurge" on excursion on the other ports of call as Cozumel seems the least interesting although I'm sure it's a great time.
