We were looking forward to having the windows in that portion of the atrium to look out at the sea when there weren't shows happening. But the only time we actually saw the windows was during embarkation. Seemed like a "waste" of the windows and how they advertised them being in the atrium.

I know I saw it recently, but can no longer find it...does anyone have a recent menu of drinks & beers offered? My hubby is especially interested in knowing what beers are currently being offered. It seems like it's changed a lot over the years, so he wants to know what he may or may not be able to have.

That was the last that I remembered pre-Covid...we had the option of morning, evening, or both.  Sounds like from the comments, it's now only once a day with some being able to choose which time of day they want it while others have not been able to choose.

Are they still only offering to have your cabin cleaned once a day?  This will be our first time cruising since Covid and had always had our cabin serviced twice a day in the past.

With all of the changes to Platinum/Diamond status due to Covid, I'm wondering if you can still go to your cabin as soon as you board the ship? Or do you have to wait until everyone else gets access...at whatever time that may be?

We cruise on March 12th & also have $$$$ OBC due to cancelled cruises, but it doesn't show the option to apply OBC when attempting to purchase Cheers. Did you have to do something else to get your March 6th cruise to work for this since it's not supposed to start until March 15th?

We’ll be on the March 12th Eastern Caribbean sailing of the Mardi Gras. Can anyone tell me when the cruise elegant nights are? I’m guessing the first full day at sea and then when in Grand Turk, but I’m hoping someone can confirm that. Thanks!

We'll be staying in Galveston 2 nights pre-cruise and are thinking about staying at the Hilton or Doubletree (both on Seawall). We'd like the area to have plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance along with being in a good area for any beach time. We've never cruised out of Galveston, so I'm also unsure if there are certain areas that are considered safer than others for tourists.

I read on these boards that the Hilton offers a free shuttle to the port, so if anyone knows if the Doubletree does as well that would be great.

In reading how Carnival lists the availability of the new enhanced Cheers program, it sounds like you can't purchase it until 3/1/16 or after. "The enhanced program will be available for purchase March 1, 2016 for cruise departures March 2, 2016 and onward."

Does anyone know if you've purchased it prior to 3/1 online but are sailing after 3/2...will you still get the enhanced program? I'm assuming that once they change it over on 3/2, everyone with Cheers will have the enhanced program but the wording above is a bit confusing. We depart on 3/12 and have already paid for Cheers, so want to make sure we definitely will have the enhanced version.

Used them last year and was very happy with their service. Have them booked again for next month!

Thanks for the replies. It sounds like for the most part, they ask you to be out of your cabin by 8:30 regardless of how long the debarkation process is taking. I can understand that since the stewards are anxious to start turning them over for the next lucky guests.

We're trying to arrange for transportation the morning we arrive back into POM after our Breeze cruise next month. I recall last year on the Breeze that they wanted us out of our cabins by a certain time, so we had to wait around for awhile on the ship before our pre-arranged transportation arrived.

Any recent Breeze cruisers remember what time you had to be out of your cabin by?

We're planning on doing self-assist, so timing of getting off the ship isn't a big concern. We have a later flight out of FLL, so we're not in a big hurry to get off the ship. :)
