We just got off the Horizon and were told by guest services they were at 40% capacity. It was great.

If there are only arm chairs at your table they will bring you armless if you ask. Its no problem.
Enjoy your cruise.

Do you happen to know the hours it's open on the Splendor?
Thank you

Yes it is the Horizon dining room. I just did the New York round trip and had anytime dining.

I signed up for free ship tour once.
They signed me up for a 5 yr gig in Pearl Harbor.
Worst tour ever...
This made me laugh out loud.....good one
Thank you for taking this very important tour.............

I agree...........being near an elevator is so convenient. There has never been any noise by being close to them.

We have parked in the garage a few times and never had a problem finding a space. There are many spots considering the passengers leaving the ship that morning have now left. I get dropped off along with the luggage and my husband goes literally around the corner and is back within 10 to 15 minutes. It is very close to the cruise terminal. And when you get back it is an easy walk over even with luggage.........rolling of course!!!!
Enjoy your cruise

what does the show cost? and was it worth going to see?
It is a dinner show and it was great...........
It is 39.99 but 29.99 if you go the night you board the ship.
It is amazing what some of those performers can do with their bodies.

$9.75 is inexpensive for a lobster roll.
I got one recently on the Breakaway, it was actually only half a roll with some chips on the side.

I'm still having trouble with the pull-down bed, where is it exactly?? As I undersand, you have the two beds (sleeps 2) the couch pulls out to a bed (sleeps 2) and there is a pull down bed for the 5th person.
Does it drop from the ceiling?
thanks for your help.
Yes, right above the couch that opens to a bed.

It rather does sound like a description of the clam shells.
Your right, my bad. Sorry, I guess my mind was elsewhere.............

Friends of ours rented a cabana and when I saw it I was actually glad I didn't. They are very close together and right in front of each other so there is no view (unless you are lucky enough to get the first row) and it was hot and stuffy while sitting in it. This is my own opinion and I am sure there are people who loved it.
There must be a pic out there that can show you what I mean......

I just sailed the Breakaway last week and lobster was served the second night in the buffet. They were not in the main dining room the first night.
They were small but delicious.

We have done both DCL and NCL. We love both for different reasons.
We have done 5 Disney cruises and only 1 was with kids............plenty of adult only places to have fun. I love the rotating dining, and having waiters that know exactly what you want. The two bathrooms in the staterooms was genius..........love them.
You can't go wrong with either cruiseline.

We always order a pitcher of ice water when we get room service for breakfast on port days. (I just write it on the form) then fill our water bottles from there to take ashore. Doesn't cost a thing and it tastes just a good as bottled...you would never know. Saves lots of money!
GREAT idea!!!!!!!!!!!

There is nothing within walking distance, but if you've never visited the Kennedy Space Center, I would say it's a must. It's about 10 miles from port. Don't do a ship excursion, just do it yourself.
I agree, if you have never been here it is worth going to. If you rent a car they can tell you how to get there, it is very easy.

I have been on many cruises and Alaska was the best by far. The scenery is amazing.....would love to go again someday.
Bring your binoculars, you will use them a lot.
Can anyone who has called in to cancel for April, please provide some clarity on cancellation information?

I called last night, just 10 minutes on hold but an hour with the rep. She was able to cancel my cruise but not issue the refund. She chatted with a supervisor to issue the refund which took forever to get back to her with an OK. I understand they are extremely busy so no problem and we actually had a really long pleasant conversation.
Today, however I have not received the 2 emails I was told I would get...one for cancelling and one showing my refund.
I'm hoping the server is really backed up and they arrive today. I would like the proof in writing.
