I’m so upset.  We are 32 days out from our Hawaii cruise and had flights and all from NCL and they sent email stating due to low staffing they can’t accommodate us on this cruise. We have rebooked same cruise 6 times and now this. I’m a platinum member and just can’t believe they just pick and choose who they can’t accommodate. 

I’m just going to add that I personally called Air Tahiti in LAX where I’ll be leaving from yesterday and was told had to have certificate or can not fly, that’s good enough for me. Just saying.

Just wanted to let fellow cruisers know that we had our reservation booked here through booking.com and our flight was delayed from La to Sydney making us arrive a day later and after many attempts to reach out to them from booking.com and myself they refused a refund or credit of any type.  I totally realize that I booked a non-refundable room but at some point unforeseen circumstances such as this could be considered in my opinion. So please learn from my mistake and book refundable room.  

Does anyone know if NCL offers free shuttle into town upon arriving In Melbourne? I’ve read about a free shuttle but wasn’t positive.

Walk through the stalls in Market Square. Plenty of handicrafts and local foods to be found. We have excellent arctic berry jams that are worth trying! :)

Also wondering if we get bus #16 back from ferry to hernesaari port what is the exact fare needed in euro and also what would a taxi cost? thanks again

I assume your tour end somewhere in the city centre. You'll have plenty of time. The ferries leave from the Market Square and take 20 minutes to get to Suomenlinna. The island is quite small so you can walk around it and get back in time.

we are doing a tour which ends at 1pm and need to return to ship by 5. Is there enough time to take ferry to Suomenlinna and check it out and then return to downtown and back to ship?
