Don't go with the JS. Go with 2 cabins. I have done the JS on the Freedom. It will feel crowded. Only go with the JS if you want the double points.

I carry on my clothes and check a small bag with liquids,( shampoo, sunscreen, and other non-essentials), so if it is lost or misplaced no big deal. These things are easily replaced, not like my favorite swimsuit or sandals.

It is a lot easier to replace sunscreen than a swimsuit.:)

Just tried registering for refer a friend on line. It said it has to be done 7 days before sailing. We are leaving on Dec 7. Has anyone had any luck calling C&A to get the onboard credit? I do not want to waste time on phone today if it will not help. Thanks so much!

I want to do a trans-Atlantic to Great Britain and look up my roots. I also want to see Downton Abbey sites.

So if I never get to do it, I at least can enjoy your adventures in my homeland. :)

We too have done many royal cruises, but got to try the Crown 2 years ago for a business meeting. We loved it. The International Café was wonderful. We loved the crew. The food, to us, was as good as Royal. We enjoyed movies under the stars while we munched on fresh popcorn. The pizza was very yummy!

We had a balcony stateroom and found it very comfortable. I would not hesitate to cruise Princess again.

I spoke with RCCL this am about upcoming cruise in December. I specifically asked about the broken coffee machine. They put me on hold and returned with "I just checked and it should be fixed by then." Hope so.

I am loving your review. So happy that Judith is feeling better. When you say they walked past people with walkers, do you mean they cut the line to get in front of them? :eek:

Bonine is the only way I can keep cruising. I take it before bed and that way I sleep better and am ready for the next day. Love the stuff!!! It does not make me drowsy like Dramamine. :)

Of course you should tip! Some of those hallways are a long walk. We love room service, please do not give them any more ideas for charging more $$$.:eek:
