Re #2 - DH tried the upcharge steak in the MDR on the Conquest. He asked for rare - it came out well-done. Sent it back, and the next one came back medium-well. He ate it because the other 5 of us at the table had finished our dinners and were ready for dessert, but it was definitely not worth it.

We had the same experience as TomCruise48 on the Conquest in April.

They do not provide towels in the cabanas in GT (we were there on 4/17/17).

On the Conquest last week every time I went by the library it was either closed for a private party (people playing cards) or closed period, and I had trouble finding the open hours in the Fun Times.

And coevan, a lot of people don't want to bring their e-devices to the beach or pool for fear of damage. I read 4 paper books on my 10 day vacation and left 2 in my stateroom so I didn't have to carry them home.

On the Conquest in April 2015 we were sitting around the main pool on Deck 9 when a guy in his 20s ran up the stairs to Deck 10 and vaulted over the railing into the pool below.

Not sure if they still go there but we used Scubacao. One of the best excursions we've done.

We tried to take a 10:00 AM direct flight from Boston to San Juan the day of our cruise. Our problem arose when the plane we were scheduled to take had mechanical problems and couldn't get to Boston. We ended up landing in SJ at 9:30 PM for a 10:00 departure, and barely made the ship. That's when DH said NEVER AGAIN!

I sent my passport renewal in on Saturday 1/21 and received the new one today.

We did a snorkel tour with the guys from Scubacao in April 2015. It was definitely different from any other tour we've done before. In fact, we went to the 3 snorkel spots by truck not by boat. They are predominantly a dive company. It was one of the best tours we've ever done. Check out their website, http://www.scubacao.com. We'll never forget The Blue Room and watching the sun set.

We were on the Liberty in April 2014 and had Kim the Karaoke Master. He was far and away the best entertainer on the entire ship. Does anyone know where he is now? We will be on the Conquest April 18th.

Hi all - we were on the Liberty in April of last year and met THE BEST Karaoke host, Kim. Anyone know if he is still on Carnival and if so which ship? We are on the Conquest in April and would love to see him again.

We are in port late. Want to go on a sunset cruise. Need recommendations as the carnival excursion is not highly recommend. Suggestions please!
