  1. Just off the Breakaway today and we are Sapphire level.  We asked about Wines around the World and they handed us an invitation.  It a nice function....not too many people attending, but the wines were very good (for us 🤣) and we learned some new info on the various selections.  It was a nice addition or perk for us.

  2. I do know the value of a good PCC and have had good ones in the past.  My entire career was in the travel industry....most recently as a retail travel agent.  I shop around before I even call my PCC and know what is out there.  I like having control of my booking and prefer not to use a big box agent. However, once you beg your PCC to call your friends as they are ready to book, and the said PCC never calls them.....then it is time to change.  I will try the phone number that Turtles06 posted and see if there is any way to change.  Thanks all!!

  3. It is very hard to get through to anyone at NCL to attempt to change a PCC.  No one will touch a reservation made by a PCC and no one will even talk to you.  I have found it very frustrating, and I feel trapped.  Any suggestions??

  4. I can't comment on the Christmas dinner menu in the main dining room.  We had attended the special Christmas show in the theatre and on the way out stopped in a lounge for a drink on our way to dinner.  We ended up speaking with some wonderful people in the lounge, and a drink turned into hours of conversation.  When we were ready to eat we realized that most dining venues were closed  So, my Christmas dinner was fish and chips in O'Sheehan's.....always delish...lol

  5. We cruised on Christmas twice.  Once with NCL and once with another line.  NCL was by far the merriest and most fun.  There were decorations everywhere that I did not have to lug out and put back into the attic🙂.  Santa arrived on Christmas morning and each kid (about 600 on our cruise) got a personal visit and gift from him.  We sat and watched for hours. Very cute.  Hot chocolate and cookies were served, there was a Christmas parade that wandered around the ship and crew members were handing out little gifts to each passenger.  There were special meals, special shows, caroling with the crew on Christmas Eve.  We were at sea on Christmas day.....don't know if this makes a difference.  We are booked again on NCL for Christmas 2022!!

  6. Having seen the stage show Rock of Ages in Las Vegas several years ago, I knew my son and DIL would love it, so we all booked the Breakaway in November so they could see the show.  Well, I was heartbroken when the show changed to SIX the week we were cruising.  My DIL and I are avid Broadway musical fans, so I had my fingers crossed for this one.  We were all VERY pleasantly surprised by SIX.  It was loud, fun, flashy and catchy.  The cast was terrific.  I can understand why this show is headed to Broadway in the near future.  Don't miss it!!
