My favorite thing on cruise critic is the ports of call board. You can find some great ideas and recommendations about what to do over there.

Just curious, Dennis and Sue....what do you typically do in Nassau if you've been there so many times?
-
so if you had a great vacation and it wasnt a deal, would you be upset?
Oh, not at all. We've already started "Operation Snorkel", where we're practicing for our snorkel trip on a cruise later this summer, so the utility has already started. That is priceless, so to answer your question, I wouldn't be upset at all.
But, I will record the intangible by debiting Goodwill and crediting my cruise cost expense. I'll then amortize it out over the days of the cruise. (KIDDING!! :D)

Beautiful formal night picture! Everyone looks lovely!

I care.
I'm a number cruncher too, and it love figuring stuff like this out.
Once the summer is done, I'll be comparing the per day cost of my family's week long driving trip around the eastern U.S. with the Enchantment cruise we booked during the kids sail free event.
It'll be interesting to see which one wins.
Plus, if you know the per day cost, you are more likely to know if a cruise you are considering is a deal or not. Now, the per hour cost? That's just getting wild and crazy...who-hoo...number cruncher PAR-TAY time! :D

I think this is one of the best reviews I've read, thank you so much! I think it's because you take pictures of things that I would take pictures of too (like the coconut macaroon!!) My favorite pictures though, are the ones where you're sitting on the beach, and I see your toes in the foreground and the ocean in the background! Great job, I can't wait to read the rest!!

Could be an Ant Eater or maybe a Crocingator...
Armadillo maybe?

My current location is not near as exciting as yours!!
Enjoy your day in Cozumel -- it was my favorite stop on our Freedom cruise last year.

Good morning, Jim! You should be sitting down right about now in the MDR with your eggs benedict....mmmmm
I will be thinking about that as I go wipe up Cheerios from my 2 year old off my kitchen floor. :)

I'm reading this thread, and I'm trying to play out the scenario in my mind mentioned in this thread where my family goes to dinner each night but then we skip the last night because we don't want to tip. I just can't do it.
I just can't believe people would do that - I guess I'm too Pollyanna-ish in my view of the human race. I don't think I'd be able to sleep a wink at night if we stiffed our waiter like that.
I have only been on 5 cruises, but on each one by the end of the cruise the waiter had done such a great job that we really wanted to show him how much we appreciated his effort.
Did people really do that? Skip out on the last night just to avoid the tip?
