I’m looking at a Club Balcony/Minisuite in cabin 9278 on Joy. How can I tell if the 3rd/4th passenger sleep accommodations are a pull-out couch for 2 or a single couch and upper Pullman? We are looking for the second option for separate sleeping areas.

Wondering if you noticed whether any of the bars served or were able to make espresso martinis? It's one of my favorites while onboard. Have had them in the Haven and also most ships usually have at least one bar that makes them, but I don't see anything obvious on Prima. We sail on Friday.

Has anyone been river tubing in Ocho Rios lately? We are scheduled to go next month (December) and wondering how cold the water is? Is it too cool in December? Also, what is the distance between the Blue Hole and the river tubing?

Was planning to do the FAS upgrade for myself and my husband, but we also have our two young adult children traveling with us who I usually get the social media package for. Trying to figure out the most economical was for us all to have wifi access without spending over $500 for the week.

Does anyone know whether NCL has discontinued Social Media only internet packages? I'm scheduled to sail on the Prima 12/16 sailing and only fixed minute and unlimited internet packages are showing up for purchase. I certainly hope this isn't the case.

Does anyone have the current per person charges for the NCL specialty restaurants. I know some are a la carte, but I'm looking for cost on those that charge a flat fee.

Has anyone recently traveled to Cuba on NCL with teens? Any suggestions of things to do in Havana, and were there other teens on your sailing?

We are thinking about booking on NCL or RCCL for a cruise to Cuba in late July. I’ve read that these cruises tend to be an older demographic. Has anyone cruised in the past few weeks who can say whether there were a fair amount of teen passengers on their ship? Being able to meet and hang out with other kids is important for my kids on a cruise.

Has anyone done a tour with this provider lately? Was thinking of booking with them, but their website now appears to be down. Their 'Total Package' looks amazing, but I'm wondering if they are still in business.

Where have people who have recently redeemed certificates mailed them to? I see the address on the first page of this thread, and I have a completely different address on the back of my certificates. My travel agent also gave me a third, completely different address. I want to make sure these get processed as quickly as possible as my final payment is due next week!

I was wondering if anyone knows if you will still get points if you use the checks they send you to pay a bill? We have two cards and run a lot of our business expenses through the cards, but I have a large bill to pay and they do not accept credit cards. I would love to write one of those checks and still get the points.

We went on a tour with them last year. They will go and do whatever you want to do. As we have young children, we did not do the ziplines, but went to the iguana farm, to see the monkeys at Victor's house and to the West End for lunch and then to the beach for snorkeling. It was very reasonably priced and we got a lot of information along the tour as well.

I think it was our favorite stop on that cruise. I would highly recommend them.
