  1. Hi All, just a quick question, I made a reservation to park in the north parking lot with the port of Galveston for our cruise in just a couple of days on April 16th.  I made it quite a while ago...about 3 months or so ago and I have a time of 12 noon on the reservation, however, my check-in time for the cruise is 11 am.  Will the port hold me to the 12 noon parking time?

Also, I had to modify my reservation and put my license on the reservation instead of my husband's truck since we decided to put his truck in the shop while we were on vacation...in doing so, the modification automatically changed the time from 12 noon to 1pm.  Grrrrrrr, that will be something I will have to chat with someone about because that wasn't something I changed...

If anyone knows something more about this, any help would be greatly appreciated!

    With much appreciation!

  2. Does anyone know of a good/great all-inclusive resort day pass for Roatan?  If so, please let us know.  We are looking for a beach break, but we like to enjoy a swim-up bar and like to have the option to go to the beach as well.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!🤩

  3. Thanks for all this information. With 12' swells (if I understood correctly) we will probably just take a regular taxi. One person stated that the island will be busy and maybe hard to get a taxi back to the port....what other round trip transportation is there we can book ahead of time?

  4. We traveled on the Navigator of the Seas (Royal Caribbean) in March with the family. Now, we are doing the same itinerary with as a couple with another couple celebrating their anniversary. We did scuba diving with the sharks in March but now we are looking for just some relaxation and something not expensive.

Is there a beautiful beach we can take an easy taxi ride to?

    Any help is appreciated.

  5. We will not be doing any excursion as we have other excursions booked at the other ports. They get expensive when you are paying for four people so we decided not to do excursions in Belize.

Thank you for the input. I think we will do as stated, at least get off the ship to look around. If the tenders are often enough we can go back to the ship whenever we decide.

    Thanks!

  6. My family (husband age 49 and two grown sons ages 20 and 26) and I will be leaving in 11 days and heading to Roatan, Belize and Cozumel on the RCCL Navigator of the Seas. :D We will not be doing an excursion in Belize.

~Can anyone tell us what we can do in Belize without doing an excursion?

~Are there any beaches within walking distance from the port?

~Is there anything we should not miss while in Belize?

Any help before we leave would be most appreciated.

    Thanks! :):)

  7. Has anyone did the scuba diving with the sharks? We will be on the Navigator of the Seas in March. It's not a ship excursion but my husband and I thought it would be the highlight of our trip.

I contacted a few places I could find on line but only one, West Bay Tours, responded and said they were booked for the week we were going.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks! :)

  8. My DH and two sons 19 & 25 will be traveling to Roatan in March. We don't want to do any excursions here but just relax on a beautiful beach with lots of activities and adult beverages.

Are there any beaches just off the port? I know we will be dicking at Coxen so we will not have access to Mahogany Beach area.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you!
