There is a ramp too get to balcony. And the bed faces the balcony instead of forward or aft. I don't remember having any trouble with the shower leaking at all.

We will be in port from 8-5, we would like to take an island tour, but all of Carnivals tours are sold out. Could anybody recommend a reputable tour company we could use? We aren't beach people and I may have a wheelchair.

Is the Magic a ship with cove balconies? Did 2 on the Dream and one on the Breeze, and would love another one, especially from our favorite port!

Thank you so much for this review, it brought back many memories! We liked the Dream so much, we took cruises on both itineraries just to cruise again in our first "cove balconies". You wouldn't have done a trip review on the Elation would you? We are taking a cruise with our DD and SIL on March. First time we have gone to New Orleans. We are looking forward to it but apprehensive to go back on a smaller ship after 2 cruises on the Dream and one on the Breeze! Hope to see you on a cruise someday!

How far is it from the handicapped parking to the Breeze, do you walk or have to take a shuttle? Does my husband drop me off or do I ride with him to park?

Thank You so much for your reply, and especially for the pictures. I am really looking forward to going, although the motion of the ship that people are talking about has me a little concerned. Hopefully we will have a smooth sailing!

We will be on the Dream February 25,2012 in room 2445. Can anyone tell me about this room, or better yet have pictures of one like it? We have cruised on the Imagination and the Fantasy in outside cabins, how does this one differ?
