Thank you for all this information.
I have also have received my Carnival Credit finally, but I did have to get my T/A and Cunard involved. It took more than a month. Of course I probably faxed to the wrong number and emailed the wrong address. But how would anyone know this information. I went by what was on Carnival Stock benefit site.

I am currently having a terrible experience getting my Carnival on board credits for a cruise that disembarks on Feb. 22nd. I sent two faxes before my Travel agent found out that Cunard is not in the office to receive the faxes. I sent an email on Jan. 22 after spending three weeks faxing back and forth.
As of yesterday still no credit as been posted to my account.
My travel agent is now working with her manager and Cunard to get it posted.
It really takes the joy of going on my first cruise in two years because of the pandemic.

The 50thAnniversary cruise was on the Pacific Princess. It was a fabulous cruise. It sold out in days of being posted.

Will be following your blog. We just had to cancel a cruise for health reasons and would love to read your blog. We spent some of the winter in Hawaii and Australia and New Zealand did a land and cruise on the Emerald Princess. Just loved it. Your pictures bring back memories.

Barclay Card is still having problems with posting double points. I just looked at my Visa statement and I saw that my Princess purchase did not have the correct 2x points. I called Barclay and was told that they know that their is a problem and they are trying to fix it. I now have to await until my next statement to get the correct points.

Yes We did it last year. We did the Queen Mary to Southampton, did a British Isles cruises from there, went to London for a few days and then came back to Southampton for a TA doing Norway and Iceland before arriving in New York. Would do it again in a heartbeat. It was wonderful not having to fly.

Thank you. This is what I was looking for. How far is the train station from Premier Inn?

Thank you for your responses. I am sorry for the typo.

Hello
I am trying to come up with a plan as to what to do in So. Hampton in August before we board the Royal for a British Isles cruise. We would like to see some of the sites that are away from So. Hampton as Salisbury, Stonehedge and Winchester and Bath. We will be disembarking the Queen Mary 2 on August 11 and going on the Royal on the 13th. We were trying to consider what to do on disembarkment day. We have reservations at the Premier Inn West Quay, we would drop our luggage and off we go. We will not have a car so we would have to rely on public transportation or private tours. You suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thank you

We just came off the Ruby and had one of these cabins on the Plaza deck. We loved it very close to the IC and very quiet. There is a huge door they that close so that you can't hear any noise that is going on in the Piazza. Would book again.

Why not join the roll call Its for all segments of this cruise

Thank you for posting. We are going to do this in August we cant wait.

We just came back from being on the Star Princess and did a luau at the Hilton Hawaiian Village we took a cab and we were back in plenty of time for our 11PM departure. The show was good as was the food.

We will be on the Star Princess next week. What is the best way for a family of 7 to get to waikiki. Also we will need transportation to the Hilton Village in the evening for a luau.
-
So sorry to hear that. I always try to go a day early if possible.

We are booked on the Royal for the October 11th voyage was wondering if anyone knows how far out they start to issue cabins??? When we booked only the guaranteed balcony cabins were available. We never booked this way before so not sure if I'm too happy with it.
Any info is greatly appreciated!!!!:)
Hi we are also on that cruise. The only time I had a quarantee was last cruise and we didn't know until 3 days before but it was a fabulous upgrade we went from an inside to a balcony at the back of the ship.
Come join us on the roll call
-
Yes that would be me. On my last cruise it was the 1st time that I did a guarantee. I did not get my cabin until 3 days before the cruise. I was a wreck constantly checking. I hope you don't have to wait so long.

We were on the Caribbean Princess 2 weeks ago and they used Eastern Standard Time for the entire cruise. They made many announcements to make everyone aware of it. We did the Western and Eastern Caribbean. It was nice not having to constantly change your watches 1 hour.

Did you do a private tour and if you did who did you use?
-
Has anyone ever did a tour to the Elqui Valley in La Serena? Could you recommend a tour operator?
Thank you

The last time Princess called me it came through as a 661 number, with California as the called ID. I originally didn't pick it up because I don't know anyone from California but when I heard the call I answered it.

I didn't get the flyer. What cruises are the sales for

I love the Plaza deck. We have it booked for our 49 day So America cruise. It is very close to everything. You can also have breakfast in the dinning room very close no running up the stairs.
Live from Caribbean Princess, May 28 to June 11th
