Did you attach any documentation?
No. I gave them the date of the sailing and the date that I requested a refund. I can't think how Princess could dispute the refund but I guess they'll ask for more documentation if necessary. I can only imagine there are dozens of us claiming.

I have Chase Sapphire and was told I could still file dispute. Did you upload all your information on line or mail them the information? I am having trouble finding the site and then are not taking phone calls. Thanks
Do you have Chase Sapphire Reserve? If so, you just go to Account Activity on their website and click on the relevant transaction to dispute the charge.
I did this yesterday evening and the funds were back in my account this morning.

Where else would they go if they don't go to Europe?
There's a problem in Italy but that's only one country. Other countries are no worse hit than anywhere else and most are better prepared than the US.

Read post #3.
Yes. That's the post I was referring to. They " joined the ship outside of the standard incubation period." So why the fuss if they've shown no symptoms?

Does anyone know how many "real" tables for two there are? On our first Cunard cruise we had one of the ones that was right next to another one and the waiter treated it as a table for four. Do they always do this or do they usually take orders and bring plates separately?

Thanks, but I wasn't very clear.
We want to stay in the UK for six months after our TA cruise. I was wondering if we would still be able to book a one way flight through EZ Air (hopefully cheaper than independently) that much later. Online seems to be restricted to within two months.

Does anyone know if it's possible to book a flight through EZ Air that's more than two months away from ship disembarkation?

OMG, I wish I hadn't seen that list! Of all the choices...... 😞

First cruise was the original Regal Princess in 1991.
My favorite would be the original Royal Princess.
The ships are getting way too big now and ports are overloaded. On the bright side, cruising with Princess is a lot less expensive than it was!

I guess it depends on what you like. I would say the pillows are awful....way too soft and no support whatsoever.
At least we all agree they are soft! 🙂

You can use it more than once. I think I did it 3 times one year.
Thanks!
I'll give it a try. 🙂

Can you only use the promo code once? Or can you buy multiple gift cards and get the bonus on each?

Our first cruise in 1991 (honeymoon!). Such a beautiful ship.
Been on 18 Princess cruises since then and embarking tomorrow for what will quite possibly be our last. Cruising on Princess has changed too much over the years. :/

Our honeymoon on the original Regal Princess in the Caribbean in 1991.
Oh how I miss the size of the old ships. :(
Think twice about a chargeback...

So are you charging your clients directly and then only passing it on to Princess? Is the reason you don't want people to charge back because they are essentially charging it back from YOU rather than Princess?
