Your cruise is $7000 and I pay for it with your credit card, on your behalf, but you chargeback and get the whole $7000 and I'm out $2000 because our insurance only pays $5000 per claim IF it even will pay since this is a pandemic.

So are you charging your clients directly and then only passing it on to Princess?  Is the reason you don't want people to charge back because they are essentially charging it back from YOU rather than Princess?

I have Chase Sapphire and was told I could still file dispute. Did you upload all your information on line or mail them the information? I am having trouble finding the site and then are not taking phone calls. Thanks

Do you have Chase Sapphire Reserve?  If so, you just go to Account Activity on their website and click on the relevant  transaction to dispute the charge.

I did this yesterday evening and the funds were back in my account this morning.

  3. Does anyone know how many "real" tables for two there are? On our first Cunard cruise we had one of the ones that was right next to another one and the waiter treated it as a table for four. Do they always do this or do they usually take orders and bring plates separately?

  4. Thanks, but I wasn't very clear.

We want to stay in the UK for six months after our TA cruise.  I was wondering if we would still be able to book a one way flight through EZ Air (hopefully cheaper than independently) that much later.  Online seems to be restricted to within two months.
