What about at the buffet or in the main dining room? Will the servers bring soda to you?

Sorry if this is a silly question... What drinks are included? Do you dispense them yourselves or do you have to go up to a bartender every time? We've only been on one cruise and it was a Disney cruise where there were soda fountains throughout the pool deck and in the buffet. We are looking to book the Vista and will probably add the soda package since my husband is basically addicted to coke zero.
