I purchased a celebrity passages on my last cruise and was told to put down any travel agent as this can be changed - no problem. I had booked that trip through an American Travel Agent and used their name but want to book my next cruise with Celebrity UK / Ireland directly. Celebrity will not accept the Passages and say I cant avail of it on this occasion. None of this was mentioned on purchase!!!!
Very frustrating and will result in not continuing with the booking. Just beware
