I went with Mary Lou on Kona and Hilo and loved her !! We had a group of 6 that did both sides of the island with her the first week of April. She is great and her and Ken (her husband) go out their way to make the tours memorable. Got to taste lots of fresh fruits that we had never seen before -some out of her own garden. Much better than the larger impersonal tours. Would highly recommend her !

I would very much recommend Mary Lou's tours for both of these ports. We did it 2 weeks ago and loved her ! Groups are 4-6 people and tailored to what you want to do. Her and her husband Ken cover both sides of the island.

Went to this last week, gardens were beautiful, show was good but food was awful. The benches at the show do have cushions now.

The Aloha café always has pizza, hot dogs and hamburgers for the kids. They have one special section for kids to sit with short table and chairs - very cute !

As mentioned above there is a very nice beach in front of the Marriott Resort. A shuttle leaves the pier every 30 min. taking you to the beach and Harbor Cove shops.

I did 2 tours with Roberts last week and honestly didn't care for them. They are prompt and get you back to the ship on time. My problem was with the drivers -- first day got a guy who was supposedly Hawaiian but tried to talk like Sean Connery. He was so ridiculous we are still imitating him. Second tour got a driver named Tito who was very sarcastic, opinionated and cynical. Obviously was bored to death with his job. I wish you better luck !

$12 per person each day.

We stayed at the Best Western, The Plaza Hotel. Taxi to Pearl Harbor was $15 each way. Taxi from the hotel to the port to get on ship was $20.

They will store your bags while you are sightseeing.

Hi, I returned yesterday from POA cruise. We were in Maui last Sunday, did a morning tour , returned to the ship and went to Lahaina that afternoon. There is a shuttle bus that will take you to a nearby mall for free. There you can catch the public bus to Lahaina - $2.00 per person each way. Super easy and great place to shop !

I was wondering if anyone has used this group for a tour in Maui. If so what was your opinion ? Thanks so much !

Hello, I will be on POA leaving 3/29/2014. Our last day in Kauai we will be departing at 2PM so I don't want to try to book a tour for that day. Could anyone please tell me if there is shopping or anything interesting within walking distance of pier ? Any info is greatly appreciated !
