We were on our 15th cruise with NCL, my daughter ate at Bamboo on the Dawn and got food poisoning. She was taken off the ship via ambulance violently ill. We missed over 1/2 our vacation.

I wrote to NCL.... they were not helpful and did not care. I was basically told to stop writing to them.

We have one more cruise booked and I will not book wiht them again..... I once was there biggest fan. Now I wish I cold cancel my future cruise.....

They were rude and uncaring.....

I book through a travel agent, my luggage tags are in but I have not rec any letter....Is there a phone number I could call.....

I am of the lovely hot flash stage. I was ok in Bermuda….handle it well, just kept hydrated and tried not to think about it.

Heres my quick review….

Service was not the same in the restaurants, very slow and not as attentive as we have had. Food just ok in most of the restaurants. The new Mexican was by far the best…. can't beat it…Le Bistro fair, Cagneys fair..just was not impressed with them. (have been in past)

Still love the Dawn….will book again

oh with the ubp another cocktail is always the option…. I suggest trying the after dinner coffees if you like coffee….OMG they are amazing….wish I had one now.

Yes, breakfast is mainly in Modernos and overflow to Cagneys….I missed the crab cakes benidict and the jumbo shrimp at lunch…..Service was a little slow but food still good.

The removed the mural from the dinning nook, and behind the bed…They also took out the Red chair in the living room area. But they did add two chairs to the side balcony as well as the table and chairs.

They took out the TV in bathroom too…

We had the same issue also with the toilets….Just found out from a different thread why the pool was closed while docked in Bermuda…. not good…gross…

I am looking for info on cabin 10006 on the DAWN, after its refurbishing. Photos or videos, or info. From the floor plan it looks like the pull out couch is now in the bedroom…..any help would be appreciated

From what I have read another posts No its not. Its sad it was very enjoyable

I Have never seen any tables in the terminal… sorry and I am traveling in 19 days an just trident book reservations for 4 of us in specialty restaurants and had touble getting the times I wanted…. I wish you luck

We Love Moderno, we love the experience and the food. We have never had a problem, eat there at least once a trip. Yummy

Congrats enjoy your suite….you will love it….you will not want to go back.

Cagneys is amazing worth getting up early for….

You can also ask for specific snacks in the after noon. We love the cheese plates..

For the pull out couch. My daughter and her boyfriend of 5 years sleep there, together,

They are 22 and 23.

They are 5'8 and 5'9 and have no problems…..we are also in suite.

As far as the signatures I think they are referring to past cruises…. I like them there as my great family fun history. Sorry if it bothers you.
