  1. It depends on if the reason you are canceling is covered by the insurance.

If it's not you will be charged $50pp for canceling, and the balance of the deposit will be held for 24 months towards a future cruise with the remaining money refunded to your credit card that you paid the cruise off with.

    Bill

    Thanks, you were 100% right.

  2. You are booked ES so you forfeit $50 per person and the remain balance

of your paid for cruise (not just the deposit) minus your penalty amount.

Since you are within the 15 to 29 day penalty period if your cancellation is not covered by the insurance you will be penalized 75% of your cruise fare with the remaining balance being held as a credit.

Thank you guys for all your help! Your info was accurate. The rest of deposit will be held for 24 months to be used on future cruise. Thanks again:)!!!!!

Thank you Bill, this sounds like a plan. I am changing jobs , can't take a vacation so soon. $50 pp will have to do, thanks again. A valuable lesson for me!!

  4. I'll be sailing the Dream in just 3 more days! I cannot wait. This will be my second time on the Dream -- doing the Eastern route this time! :)

I plan on doing an in-depth review with photos when I return. As well as a food review, since there are quite a few foodies on this board!

I will be looking forward to this review, I am taking the Eastern cruise as well!!
