  1. So I did not like Virgin at all bc 

    1. service was horrible. We would have a do not disturb sign up and every time we did, the room steward would call our room and wake us up to ask if we needed the room cleaned, no matter what time of the day it was.

    2. no Buffett which meant you had to order food from someone and wait for every meal. The worst was breakfast. Sometimes what you want to order comes from three different places and they don’t always open at the same time.

    3. whether or not you agree with drink packages, the drinks are not the same. No one could make a martini and I mean no one. They would measure the liquor and only ever fill half the martini glass. So no, not the same drink at half the price.

    4. everything is done on your phone through an app and I mean everything! Dinner reservations, shows, activities. But the issue is the Wi-Fi sucked and we paid to upgrade but the app crashes all the time. We never saw one show because the app never worked.

    5. it seemed like every worker was brand new like no one ever worked on cruise before.

    6. worst casino I have ever seen. If you like slots, which I do this is not the place. Every slot was the same and none were fun

     

    sorry for the lengthy review but someone asked. You may like virgin but good luck getting anyone on the phone to help you also. Horrible customer service. We prefer Celebrity and will stick with them.

  2. We are not cruising until July 22 but it is out of Rome. Of course we do not know if July will be cancelled also, but my final Balance is due the end of April. I am waiting until the last possible minute but should I pay the balance or cancel if no word has come yet. I do not want more money tied up in cruise fare. Thanks.

  3. Thanks so much. We probably won't ask the butler to do much. We are not needy people but we are paying for the service so we most likely will use. We want to do a dinner in the room one night so we will see. Thanks again.

  4. Thank you everyone for your responses. And thank you for letting me know I could "google" my question. I could have also contacted celebrity or simply waited until my cruise. However, the main reason why i choose to post my questions here is for the interaction and excitement between other cruise critic members. Like most people here, I get obsessed with my cruise and since my husband is sick of hearing about it, i choose to talk about it with this community. So thank you for you instructions on how to google something...maybe ill use it one day...

  5. So i have seen people finding out about who their butler is and this is the first time we are doing a suite on celebrity. How do we find out the name of our butler? we are leaving in three weeks was it on our docs?
