    1. Seems to have disappeared after I used it

    2. Any cruise up to 8 nights (excluding major holiday) - terms could change every year, which is why they didn't want to book me until the offer is out

    3. Don't think they show the tier in the emails/offers

    4. You will get C&A points, the question is whether you get the points for suite or not, right?

    5. You have to earn 2500 by 3/31/20 or you will no longer be prime as of 4/1/20 and won't get the free cruise

Thank you!  #4 - Was just curious about getting points at all.  I believe we will get double C&A points on this comp cruise that we upgraded on because it's a suite.

Also, 1 more.  I know it says "up to 8 nights".  If we book a 9 night, can we get a $ off instead of comp?

  2. Wow, this is the board I've been looking for!  I have several questions and have found some answers by looking back but included them here.  Hoping everyone can help answer.  For reference, I earned Prime on a cruise in 5/18.  I called today to have a the casino discount added to an existing reservation and was told I had a free cruise for 2.  So I applied it to a March 2020 cruise and did an upgrade to a suite.

    Questions:

    1.  I assume I am prime for 4/1/19 - 3/31/20.  I didn't receive any emails about this and I don't see the "Annual Cruise Credit" on the website.  I believe I already redeemed it, so I'm wondering if the offer disappears once I use it or not?

    2.  Since I didn't get an email about my tier and annual cruise...how do I know what cruises/ships I can use my Annual Cruise on?

    3. I only receive Casino Offers via email, but nothing about my tier or account.  Is this normal or should I contact them about this issue?  If so, can anyone provide me an email address for club royale?  Waiting on hold 20 minutes every call is getting old :)

    4. I used my interior comp from the annual cruise and upgraded to a suite.  Will I receive C&A points?

    5.  If I don't earn 2500 on my March 2020 cruise, will my status still be Prime and will I keep earning a free cruise each year?  Or do I need to earn 2500 on my March 2020 to keep my tier and benefits?

se8117396, daughter & I are on the March 1 & 8 2020 freedom Southern Caribbean out of San Juan. The March 1st sailing gives us 2 extra ports ( 5 ) not counting San Juan our start & end port.   because there is only 1 sea day.

Great, thank you for the heads-up...I'll keep an eye on this option for sure!

  4. Several people have asked about Explorer of the Seas drydock.  I have the 9 Night Southern Caribbean Sailing booked for 3/20/20.  When I log into RCCL.com my reservation now shows "20 Day Dry Dock Cruise" from 3/20/20 to 4/9/20.  So it looks like I'll be getting a call from the redeployment team soon. :(  Was really looking forward to this 9 night cruise but hopefully we will find another option.

  5. We were in 16041 for the Inaugural Cruise from Miami with 2 children. It definitely has a double sofa bed and a pullman. I did post photos on here a few weeks ago. My understanding is that there are no bunk beds in YC at all on Seaside.

I did post photos on here

Thank you very much. I found your 3 pictures and this is exactly the information I was looking for!

  6. I have a very specific question about YC deluxe suites. Has anyone stayed in one of these rooms on Seaside with children? I am getting conflicting information on the bed layout. We are currently in 16015 that has a double sofa bed. We are interested in a different bed arrangement for the kids. I'm wondering if anyone has stayed in 16047, 16045, 16043, 16041, 16032, 16030, or 16028? If so, can you confirm the bedding layout? Do these rooms have the sofa that turns into bunk beds? Or do they have a single sofa bed and one pullman bed? My MSC rep says they have a single sofa bed and one pullman bed. But the latest deck plans show a double sofa bed and one pullman. Hoping someone has actually stayed in one of these rooms and can confirm. Thank you very much.

  7. Great thread. I have a very specific question and I was hoping to find an answer here. We are in 12101. I'm concerned about the "blank space" across the hallway. I try to avoid these areas because they are often noisy work areas for the crew. However, this "blank space" is connected to some type of interior hallway. The interior hallway leads to a set of steps that I presume are for crew only. Other decks above/below show the same type of interior space. Does anyone know if this is crew area?

  8. Not Royal Palms...no pool in 2006.

It looks like one of the condo complexes maybe? Do you remember if you had to buy a day pass, or was it with an excursion?

This was before we started booking excursions outside of the cruise line, so I believe it was an organized "beach break" type of excursion offered by RC. I do remember it included lunch and drinks. I do remember the location being smaller side. The hammocks are what stood out to me.

  9. I am looking for specific information on the Enterprise Car Rental Shuttle to/from the Miami Airport and the Port of Miami. I have a car booked pre and post cruise at the Enterprise Miami Airport location. How often does the shuttle run from the airport to the port? Do I need to call for the shuttle from the Port after the cruise? Is it a van or a bus (family of 4 travelling).

I have found information on other shuttles, but looking for details on the Enterprise shuttle. Thank you!
