Sorry if this has already been asked. We received an email for our children who are 5 and 7 to schedule their pre cruise Covid test at the pier before they board. However, both children are fully vaccinated and boosted, and we have included all this info when checking in online. Is this sent to all children with reservation who are under 12 years of age? Should we disregard it or contact RCCL? We were planning on doing the at home test 2 days prior to boarding until we got this email. Thanks

Our cruise isn't for a couple of months, however there is 8 of us traveling. If we choose to do the Binax Emed at home test does each person need to setup an account to receive their results or can all family members be on one account, and can we all test at the same time? Or do we need to each test separately? TIA

We are looking for info for pre and post cruise Seattle transportation for 10 people including 2 small children. We are looking for options people have used that provided car seats for children. Thank You

We have booked an Owners Suite one floor below Splashaway Bay. Has anyone stayed in a room below this area and experienced much noise especially during the night time? TIA

I know everything is pure speculation pending the CDC to release the final plans to resume cruising. Which ships do you foresee to start cruising with once able? Will it be smaller ships or some of the large ships? Will Departure port play a factor in which ships start as well?

Sorry in advance if this has already been discussed. My extended family (10 in all) were to take an Alaskan Cruise this summer. We opted to do the FCC and use it towards an Alaskan cruise in 2022. Our reservations still show up in our cruise planner. How long after we request to get the FCC will these reservations be removed from our cruise planner? We just want to make sure the RCCL agent actually processed our request to obtain the FCC. Thanks

My wife and I are looking to take our kids on their first cruise. We are debating between a Owners Suite or a Crown Loft Suite. Kids ages are 4 and 6. The one thing we notice when watching youtube videos is in an Owners Suite the Showers seem tiny and we are not tiny people. Thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Has anyone ever made to diffrent reservations for 2 diffrent cruises over the same time period? We currently have an Alaskan Cruise reserved for summer 2021. We are afraid it may end up getting cancelled and would like to have a backup in the caribbean as plan B with a room we'd like on standby. We're just wondering if it has ever been done or even allowed. Thanks

I am currently booked next June on an Alaska cruise with 2 children ages 4 & 6. We as well as my outlaws are sharing a 2 bedroom GS. There are no other rooms available for this cruise. How does taking advantage of the Kids Sail Free work if there are no other rooms available? Will I be able to keep the same room we're in? What do I need to do to take advantage of this savings? TIA

Our family of 6 has a 2 Bedroom Grand Suite booked on Ovation of the Seas for an Alaska cruise next year. For the past couple weeks it shows in our cruise planner the we have purchased the Deluxe Drink package. However we have not. Is anyone aware if there is a glitch or is this a perk of that type of stateroom? Thanks

We have an upcoming cruise where we have made reservations in Coastal Kitchen each night for supper. We previously had early dining reserved and had pre paid gratuities. Since we have pre paid our gratuities, what do we do with that gratuity voucher on the last night of the cruise that normally would have gone to the main dining room wait staff? Also what is an average tip to leave each night in Coastal Kitchen for the wait staff there? Thanks

We are going on Symphony is October. Does the tour use the stairs for all of the tour, or do they use elevators as well? I'm traveling in a group and a couple people have trouble with a lot of steps.

We are flying out on a Saturday. We both have Pre Check and are staying in a Suite on board the ship so we should be allowed to leave early with escorted priority disembarkation.

Our cruise is still 5 months away. Our Delta flight just got bumped up to 10:14am out of Miami. We will be getting off Symphony of the Seas in the Port of Miami. Is this flight going to hard to make or will we be ok? I'm sure within the next few months Delta may adjust it again hopefully later would be best.

Has anyone heard who may be taking over Allure of the Seas as Cruise Director on June 18 after Bobby Broughton's contract ends? Thanks
