I am noticing the same…hotels are $$$$$$$

They allowed my daughter and son in law to board early with us and to use the VIP tendering with us as well. We never had an issue and they were in a different room than us.

We have toured with Nacho and Cynthia from NCQ adventures 3 times and have had wonderful experiences. Did cave tubing, zip lining, ruins and howler monkeys and all have been amazing. Have a great lunch set up which is delicious. Cynthia and Nacho are so personable and down to earth. Check out their website and tours.

We have a tradition when we travel with other family members. We switch room keys the first day and decorate one anothers rooms. Can't see the decorations ahead of time, not until the room is completely done. It is so fun to see what the others come up with for our room and us for theirs. Just a silly traditon but adds some fun and laughter.

Our first cruise was on the RCI Viking Serenade. It was in March of 2000.

okay, the craziest thing I have seen.....We were on the Triumph in April and there was a man (Middle Eastern descent) dressed as Elvis. He wore different Elivis costumes all week even in port! He had the sunglasses, sideburns, chains, the whole get up. I never saw him without an Elvis outfit on even on dress up night. I guess it takes all kinds. He certainly got a lot of attention and plenty of picture taken. So, Elvis is alive and apparently cruising the world. LOL
