  1. I will be on the Carnival Miracle. It docks at 9:00am, what is the earliest flight I should book out of Long Beach airport, I am looking at a 12:20 pm flight. I do not want to be stressed out about missing my flight. I looked on the Carnival site for times of flights out of Long Beach but could not fine any information.

  3. I am not a complainer, BUT changing the aft adult only area to now allowing children is a BIG mistake. That was my happy place, I spend a lot of time there. Security is ok but you have to be quiet . Adults like to have fun without kids around and be able to sit in the hot tub without screaming and splashing kids. This is a BIG deal breaker for me. I have six cruises booked on Carnival but I think I am going to cancel a few of them. I have been looking at other cruise lines.

  4. We are looking at taking an island tour of St-Kitts, 2 adults and 2 kids.

Does anyone know of any touring company that offers the tour for free for the kids if parents pay full price for their admission?

I recall getting this type of deal in Grand Turks, just wondering if any touring company offers this in St Kitts.

(also going to St Martin, St Lucia, Barbados, St. Thomas, looking for the same type of deal there if they are available)

I cruise a lot and always book with private tour company's. I will be in St. Kitts April 19th and just booked a tour for 7 people. I do not recall any of the company's that I deal with ever offering free tours for kids ages 10 & 12 , with their parents. Maybe for kids 3 or 4 years of age.

  5. I have been trying to contact Thenford Grey Tours. I filled out the form on his site, 2 times. The first time was before Christmas. How long dose it normally take for him to get back to you? His site said 24 to 48 hours.

  6. I went on Achie tours a week ago, It was a wonderful tour of the whole island of Bonaire. There buses are all new and very clean. The tour begins with a drive through the small capital of Kralendijk and continues on through the residential and resort areas. The tour will continue to the hilly northern part of the island which is still in its natural state. While driving along, the driver will be on the lookout for birds, iguanas, and donkeys. There will be stop at Goto Lake for enjoying the beautiful scenery. There will be an opportunity to enjoy watching the native flamingoes as they feed in the lake. The tour continues on to the oldest village in the Dutch Caribbean—Rincon. If necessary, there will be a restroom stop in the village. The next stop will be an overlook area in the middle of the island where the entire southern part of the island can be seen—including the harbor with the cruise ship. After a brief stop, the tour will continue through the main villages to the flat southern part of the island. Here you can see how salt is made from sea water. The bus turns around at the historic slave huts that were built in 1850. At this stop, there will be an opportunity to see a variety of corals, enjoy the beautiful sea, and take pictures of the huts.

During the tour, the knowledgeable guide will explain what is being seen as well as telling about island life. This was a great tour for the $. Achie tours does not have a web site. You can email them at: achietoursbonaire@yahoo.com They were very easy to work with, always got back to me and answered all my questions. Tell them Nancy said Hi

  7. My cabin is on deck 6,(Norwegian Spirit) about 5 cabins from the Garden main dining room.

Can I get to that dining room from just walking down the hall? I can't tell by looking at the deck plan if I can get in at that end, Or is it one of those places where I will have to go to the front elevator, then up one flight then walk to the middle elevator and go down one flight to get to the other end of the dining room??

  8. I am flying from Heathrow airport to Venice on May 4th,on a Sunday, on British airways. To get to the airport I would like to take the Heathrow express train from Paddington, but the earliest train leaves at 6:25am, it will get to Heathrow airport about 6:55am. That is only 2 hours before the plane takes off. Will that be enough time to catch the plane????

If I need more time to get to the airport, what other options do I have?

    taxi:confused:

Thank you everyone for your help.

  9. I am flying out of Heathrow airport at 8:55am May 4th, on a Sunday, on British airways, going to Venice. What time should I get to the airport? In the morning, from my hotel,I would like to take the Heathrow Express train from Paddington to Heathrow but the earliest train leaves Paddington at 6:25am. That would only leave me 2 hours before the flight take off. Is that enough time????

  10. Anyone been here? How was it? I am so limited with our options post cruise for our family of 5. Wanted to stay on the beach or near the beach. Bahia Mar or Marriott on the beach don't accommodate 5 per room :(. Days Inn can accommodate us. I don't want a run down place though.

I booked this hotel for 5 people, for three nights before our cruise. After I

thought about it and read all the reviews . I also called the Days inn and asked a lot of questions. I did not like a lot of the answer , so I cancelled it.

After doing a lot of research and reading a lot of reviews. I found the "Napoli Belmar Resort" in Fort Lauderdale. It gets very good reviews, two blocks to the beach in a quiet area. It is older and privately owned. Just Google it. It is not listed on the bigger travel sites. The one bedroom suite has 2 queens and 1 twin bed. I like that better then a sofa bed. I called Napoli Belmar and booked over the phone.

  11. I have attached a couple of thumbnails since I don't have any pictures on an online site to link to. I was in cabin 2217 on the Dream with k2excursion. Hope this helps.

We stayed in cabin 2216 on the Valor,2 weeks ago, it looked just like your photos.

We really liked the cabin, but I did not like the noise from the waves.:o

  12. I will be on the Victory next week. I would like to be able to give the phone number to my kids and other family members. I just can't find carnival victorys phone number anywhere. Would anyone Know it?
