  1. I thought I might as well post more info from Carnival. They don't indicate any restrictions on Milestone redemption for 25th, 50th, or 75th.

Milestone Recognition Program denotes a guest’s 25th, 50th 75th and 100th revenue cruise with Carnival. Guests will receive a special Milestone Sail & Sign card on their corresponding Milestone cruise. We want to distinguish guests on their Milestone sailing with a unique card so that we can make his/her Milestone experience extra special and memorable. After this milestone cruise, they will revert to the card that corresponds to their VIFP level. Guests will receive the full set of benefits according to their VIFP level. See sample Milestone card

In appreciation for their loyalty, we will be offer guests booking their 25th, 50th, 75th or 100th cruise, the following:

•When the guest books his/her 25th cruise, the qualifying guest will receive an onboard credit on his/her Sail & Sign account that is equal to the amount of 25% of the guest’s cruise fare including the non-commissionable fees

•When the guest books his/her 50th cruise, the qualifying guest will receive an onboard credit on his/her Sail & Sign account that is equal to the amount of 50% of the guest’s cruise fare including the non-commissionable fees

•When the guest books his/her 75th cruise, the qualifying guest will receive an onboard credit on his/her Sail & Sign account that is equal to the amount of 75% of the guest’s cruise fare including the non-commissionable fees

•When the guest books his/her 100th cruise, the qualifying guest will be entitled to a free cruise for two (cruise fare and non-commissionable fees) up to 8 days in duration to the Caribbean, Mexican Riviera or Alaska, in Category OS suite accommodations; the guests are responsible for all other fees and taxes, etc.

Hi. Just what does 25% of guests cruise fare including non-commissionable fees mean? Don't know what non-commissionable fees mean. Thanks Ros
