I'm on Celebrity Equniox now (having great time!).

I was wondering if you can still go to the cash machine in the casino and take out the rest of any onboard credit you have so it doesn't go to waste? I'm sure I've read about it on here but don't want to do it and find it comes off as a separate charge and not from the credit.

Great video. I have a question. In the balcony cabin it appears that some permanently placed furniture is in front of the sofa. Will letting out the sofa bed totally block access to the balcony?

Yes - if the sofa bed was out it would block the way to the balcony.

We're going on our first Cunard cruise, QE on 15th August. We've got flights included from Cunard but it doesn't depart till 7pm.

They've said as they operate a lot of flights on these cruises disembarkation is a lot more relaxed and doesn't finish anywhere as early. We're not on their charter flight back (fully booked) so on a scheduled flight at 7pm. Their charter flights leaves at 4pm.

Just wondered if anyone had any experience/knowledge of the latest transfers to the airport they operate? They have said passengers will leave about midday for their charter flights but wondered if anyone knew if they operated later transfers after this?

I wondered if anyone could help? I'm going to Venice on Tuesday and disembarking from a cruise. We haven't got a flight till the evening and want to spend the day in central Venice (St Marks Square area).

Is there anywhere in this area which can store our luggage for the day? I'm struggling to find somewhere in this area.

Also which buses would you recommend from St Marks Square to Marco Polo Airport? I have heard some water bus lines take longer than others.

It has been confirmed that all employees who are involved or need to know about Captains Club in the UK have now been fully briefed and trained about the changes. However they still aren't telling any agents any details yet!

I know the announcement is today, been confirmed by Captains Club.

Here is the first definite change:

POINTS SYSTEM - Celebrity is changing the way you can earn credits for your loyalty status. Points will be rewarded for a variety of reasons (details to still be confirmed) but have been told will be length and cabin type.

Also it seems Celebrity is using extra points to entice customers to book. In an upcoming Celebrity Cruises campaign customers will be offered additional points if they book before a certain date. Sorry TA's aren't allowed to say much more than that at the moment, that's all I can give you about this.

Keep the new details posted here everyone as and when they come out (full details will be known by the end of today/tomorrow.)

Quiet Cabin (With comments on problems. Note if connecting. ) – quiet

Balcony View - Give comments on view, noting if location of any obstructions was an issue. – no obstructions and good view. very private and good view out to front of the ship and can see captain on bridge but you are not too far forward.

Balcony Size? Normal or oversized for class? - normal

Was wind a problem? no

Was soot a problem - no

Any specific problems with this cabin? None at all, perfect condition

Any other comments?

Does anyone know who has replaced Oceans four on the Solstice?
