I just heard from Royal that they are changing cruises sailing tomorrow until they hear final word tomorrow night. 

Once I hear final word from Royal I will email you, but right now there have been no changes to your cruise.

Cuba Travel Update - Just in from Royal Caribbean - The Majesty of the Seas sails tomorrow and was supposed to go to Havana. Will now go to Costa Maya. It would now appear that all Royal Caribbean sailings to Cuba have or are being rerouted from having any stops in Cuba..

Per Royal Caribbean - Passengers on the sailing tomorrow on the Majesty of the Seas are getting a refund in the value of 50% per stateroom of your cruise fare paid as a credit to your onboard account. And, if you have any pre-paid Royal Caribbean International shore excursions for Havana, you'll also receive a refund in the form of a credit. You may use these credits anywhere onboard and if you don't use them, they'll be refunded back onto your credit card on file.

We have decided to rent a car and head out on our own in two weeks. I don't speak French so it might be tricky but the rental car woman said she will have a map for us and worst case scenario, I can turn my phone on and use GPS. I also have downloaded Google Translate app which will translate offline in case we get into a pinch. We'll see how it goes but we want to see the Botanical Gardens, the Cousteau park and the rain forest. There's also a waterfall they say is great but that may be too much for one day to do all of that.

hi, one question that i cannot find an answer to is, is there any different in the metal balconies vs the plexi? do they have a metal partition too? can that partition be opened if we are cruising with family next door? thank you.

when you went with joe cool to the blue hole, did he take you all the way to the entrance? i have heard that some taxis don't go all the way to the entrance. also, would you be able to just get a cab at the ship and have them take you there for a better rate than a tour operator? thanks y'all

hey crafts15mj, question for you. i have called ncl twice this week and was told i would receive my correct certs by today, fri the 20th. i didn't. now when i call them they tell me all i can do is send another letter to that bofa address in charlotte. i have already done that but didn't get a response. would you be so kind as to give me the email address you sent to the chairman's office where you got a call back? i feel kinda stuck now that i sent the letter and still have nothing. thanks and if anyone else has a suggestion, i'd be happy to hear it.

you're right, they can't be used or combined w/any other certificates which is another reason they have little more value than toilet paper.

i'm telling you people, google map tyron street in charlotte and it says there's no such thing. since the boa main big huge building is on tryon street, it has to be tryon, plus when you google map that zip code, it comes up directly across the street from the main big huge boa building. i mailed mine to tryon street today, it has to be correct, but do as you all wish, i'm just giving you my thoughts.

well tyron does not come up if you use google maps and it only seems that tyron is incorrect as the big bank of america building is on tryon street in charlotte, so i'm sending my letter to tryon street. one of the possible problems with the mixup is some people may say "i used my card on the 31st and didn't get credit for those points." well b of a didn't give me credit for my 31st of dec purchases because they didn't "post" til jan. while it says trans date is dec 31 the post date is jan and i have a feeling there's no way i'm going to get those points. stupid on my part to wait that long but i'm going to give it a shot. maybe if they get enough letters, they might give in, but i'm not holding my breath.

hey you all, here's a shocker, the correct address is actually tryon street. i asked her to spell it for me and she did but incorrectly. i am from n. carolina and there is no tyron street in charlotte, just check google maps. it's actually tryon street. that's where the big bank of america building is, downtown charlotte. just trying to help here. too bad it has come to this.

ok so i have a major problem. i was under the impression that we would get a certificate for the amount of our rewards. my total rewards was 1438 so they sent me two $500 certs and 5 upgrade certs. now i booked a cruise a long time ago under the impression that we would have $1400 in certs to apply to the booking. now all i get is $1000 twards this cruise. also, you cannot use both the cash and the upgrade certs on the same booking. some b.s. if you ask me. so now i have to come out of pocket $438 more than what i expected for this cruise which is also b.s. i have an address for any of you how want to write b of a b/c ncl has no control over this issue. the address is
