Hello,  I hope someone can answer my question.  I received  FCC and paid for an upcoming cruise using that and cash for the balance.  When I look at my booking breakdown it doesn’t show the FCC it just shows the cost of the cruise being very low. If Royal cancels my cruise will they return my FCC and refund the cash? I’m just worried that because it’s not on the invoice it could get lost in all the craziness.  

  2. We are sailing on the Oasis of the Seas out of NJ on May 17 this year.  I keep looking online to book the shows and I don't see where I can do that.  Does anyone have any insight?  When they open the activities to booking, where would I find it in my planner?  We are at 90 days to sailing, when does it normally open?

  3. Has anyone stayed in the aft balconys on the sunshine? I just put room 7324 on hold an upon further research it seems this cabin may not have a couch and the TV is mounted behind the bed?!?!? Can anyone give me insight or pics on this, please!!!! We always book an aft balcony and I'm wondering if it's just this room that is next to the vista suite or is it all of the aft balconys on this ship.

    Please help, I have to pay my deposit tomorrow!!

  4. We are going on the Pride out of Tampa in January. We have never been there and are considering the Sheraton Riverwalk Hotel for our pre cruise stay. Has anyone stayed here that can review it for us? How far to the port, airport shuttle, cruise port shuttle, amenities etc..... Any info you can give us would be great! Thank you!!!

  5. Hi! We are cruising in 3 days on The Splendor out of NY!!! For those of you that have used FTTF at this port: we are parking right At the lot on the pier. Where do we drop our luggage and do we tell the porters we have FTTF? Do you have any tips for us in regard to FTTF? Thank u! We are soo excited!!

  6. Hi! We just booked our trip on the Splendor and we are very excited. But, I am a little concerned and here's why: a friend who also travels often with Carnival is on the Splendor right now. She called me from port and said the service is the worst she has ever seen with Carnival! She said they seem understaffed and just too exhausted to give the service she is used too. (This girl is very low maintenance) has anyone else experienced this recently on the Splendor? I am going during Spring Break so I know it will be full, but one thing I have always been able to count on was Carnival's exceptional customer service. I'm a little worried!
