I didn't try the Lobster bisque in the main dining room, but I did have it in the supper club and it was to die for! I also had the Pumpkin soup and the Asparagus Vichyssoise, both were very good, but I think if I had to chose one, it would be the pumpkin. I also really enjoyed the Bouillabaisse that was served in the fish & chips restaurant and would love to find the recipe for that!
