I was on the Nilli, the June of 1966.  It was wonderful.   Left on a Friday and returned on Monday

The last time we sailed out of Baltimore, i checked the chains for a park and cruise deal. We booked a room, the hotel staff dove us to the port yhr next morning and picked us up when we docked. There was no fee to leave the car at the hotel and we didn;t have to pay parking at the dock. It worked out great

Carnival just found our reservations for our Dec. 1990 Bahamas cruise on the Mardi Gras. This was the first cruise for my husband and me. Maybe some body can remember what cruise line was out of Miami in the 60's. Went on a week-end cruise with my family in June 1966. 4 of us went. 2 cabins with bunk beds and shared a bath room.

I can't remember the name of the ship or the line. I know they went out of business but it was out of Miami in June "66, Friday to Monday visiting Nassau. Was 14 at the time and fell in love with cruising then.

First time me and my DH went was Dec. 1990 on the old Mardi Gras. He enjoyed it as much as I did. I know what we are doing when we retire.

Celebrated New Years Eve of "90/91 on the Mardi Grais. Enjoyed every minute!!
