Ahoy maties

Sailed on the Summit last week. Second time on a Celebrity ship and I thought the service was excellent. Dining staff was attentive, prompt and very friendly. Bar staff and guest relations were professional and the stateroom attendant competent.

I do read about service complaints, and we should gather as much info as possible, however there is often one general theme. "I want more free stuff" and when the free stuff is not given to me, then service is terrible.

Not sure if this qualifies in this thread or not however here goes.

When your excursion ticket says "meet on the pier at 8:30", that seems clear to me. Not 8:40, 8:45 or 8:50. Standing in the sun waiting for some to show can be unpleasant. I get that some have mobility issues, however I was on the Summit last week and had to wait on the pier as able bodied individuals strolled up about 10-15 minutes late.

Conversely, when your guide says we are leaving the beach at 2:30, and you start packing up at 2:35, reaching the taxi 30 feet away at 2:45, consideration for others has gone totally out the window.

Sapphire is a long way from where you will be docking. We enjoyed Emerald on our last stop in St. Thomas. Several ships in port but not busy at all. :)

New to Dynamic Dining concept and I have to say I am totally confused.

We have booked Anthem to Bermuda in September and wanted, I believe, Dynamic Choice. We could only book Dynamic Classic.

Will we be able to switch to Dynamic Choice before the cruise date, or even once onboard, or are we stuck?

Now, assuming we can not change, how is the dining rotation determined i.e. what order are we given and can we opt out of one?

When do we find out about the rotation, so that we could book a specialty restaurant if one of the four was less desirable?

Good day! My wife and I have booked a Bermuda cruise in September.

We have the Specialty Dining Package and would like to dine outside during one of the port days.

For those of you who have been on Breakaway, which restaurant would you choose? I am more interested in your opinions regarding atmosphere/ambience than food quality in each location. Alternatively, if the answer is none of them, does one of the specialty restaurants have more windows so that we might be able to enjoy the view?
