There are locked glass doors that require your wrist band or card to gain access. No one can just walk in. Last time we had last cabin on deck 18 and loved the location. This time we're on 16 and closer to the lounge. Have a great time.

There was a credit voucher that printed out with the e-tickets showing amount

THEN I added a Wifi package [I booked pre "All-In" promotion] and when I looked at my e-tickets again it was not added. 

 

Does the Wifi package not get a voucher? Or is this the first pre-cruise snafu that I have had?

My internet came with my package and my e-tickets printed out a voucher page. I would go into your account and print out new e-tickets and see if its there, if not I would call now and straighten it out.

I looked online but I don't see where the seaside is having a 2 for 1 sale. I used the certificate for the Meraviglia out of NY for Oct 2019 and Meraviglia out of Miami 2020, both in YC. I would keep calling MSC until you get someone to help. Maybe you needed to use it when you booked. It makes no sense, the certificate states any cruise except Christmas, New Year's, China & Cuba. Good luck.

What ship are you trying to book?

We booked the yacht club on the Meraviglia for 2019 with the certificate, we were booked in the Aurea Suite on the Divina. You shouldn't have an issue, all we had to do was send over a copy of the certificate. We dealt directly with MSC.

We also got the 30% taken off the cruise price, and we also booked the yacht club. We did have to send a copy of the certificate, and we dealt directly with MSC.

I'm booked for 2019 & 2020 can't beat $99 deposit per person.

Go on facebook and join groups for MSC cruises, there are a lot of TA in the groups and they do Canada & US.

In answer to #3 not all cabins have beds for 4 some only have for 2, that may be why they say fully booked.

Beamafar, we are booked in the YC Meraviglia, does the shower have a bench seat like the Seaside does. I can't tell by the pictures. Rest of cabin looks pretty much the same. Thank you!

Yes, we were on Seaside 2/3/18 and used OBC for gratuities and we used the rest in the casino.

There's a video of YC deck 16 hallway showing cabin doors facing towards each other. Not sure if I could put their name here. It was posted about 2 weeks ago.

It would have been nice if they sent out an email, explaining how they were going to handle this. Customer service said to keep checking their website, since we're done here already, I'll wait until we get home to deal with this. On the road tomorrow before Irma hits. Anyone else traveling home have a safe trip.

We arrived Saturday, always spend a week before and after. Staying up in Kissimmee. Hope we get to sail.

There are a lot of us with issues, we've been waiting for a call back since July, only one who answered us was from Africa, just a little out of the area, so they couldn't help. I've giving up. We cruise on the 9th.

18024 is a Handicapped cabin, 18022 has a bunk and a double sofa bed. You can see what ones in their deck plans. I'm in one that just has a sofa. Can't wait to try them.

We did the status match, took about 2 weeks. It's 5% discount, with my husband being a veteran we were able to get 10%. We've booked the the YC on the new ship the Seaside in 2018.

I had a problem when I was doing my check in, would take everything except passport info. I used another browser and had no problem doing it. Worth a try.

We've done the FF & the aft. Loved the large balcony in the aft but they have too much furniture in the suite. The FF was the best, loved the bathroom with the bench in the shower.I use a scooter and the hallways are very narrow. We had a terrible time getting places from the front, & the rear. We decided on the Escape to book the courtyard. I've been in a 2 bdrm, I know this will be smaller, but it will be much easier getting around the ship from there. :)

It should be the same as the breakaway. There's a separate bedroom & a combo dining & living room with a sofa bed. Deck 14 & 11 have a sliding door to the balcony from each room, the other decks just from the living room.
