So you mean you can order anything you want to the room? Even from the dining room menu and get it to your room? Including appetizers, mains and dessert? I am in a regular balcony cabin on the Eclipse.

Yep!

There is a seperate room service menu (you order on the interactive tv on S-Class ships--not sure if there is a hard copy of the menu), but you can also order from the MDR menu.

I know if it was from a rate reduction, you get a refund. I think if it was from some sort of incentive, you lose it.

There was a lady in Constellation's specialty restaurant 2 years ago--I don't recall her name, but she was from a Scandinavian country. On that sailing she told us she was about to move to a specialty in another M-Class ship. She had the voice of an angel--I really would've paid the cover charge just to listen to her talk about the menu.
