Santiago or Valparaiso? in South America Posted March 12, 2019 Valpo is great.... neat art scene, funiculars up and down the hills... a bit gritty, but lots of fun to explore. Highly recommend the Fauna hotel... It also has a great roof top restaurant with beautiful views. Have fun.
