I"m wondering what ever happen to the galley tour? My husband is a chef and as minor as it may have been we enjoyed galley tours. Where did they go ? Health laws stop them maybe or too much work for the staff to have guest interrupt their production? Just wondering.

In the late 80's on CARNIVAL the waiter would slice my banana for me at breakfast in the dining room.!! wow . now the diningroom breakfast experience has defintely become unpersonable. I try to be understanding from an economical point of view.

My travel mug that i bought in the ship gift shop. Paid $ 5.00 for it with a picture of a ship and the rccl logo on it. I fill it with coffee every morning before work and then it sits on my desk all day with that ship starring at me.

I like being able to drink to excess and never being asked to drive the ship.All year long I always have to limit my partying for fear of DWI. At sea I can be rediculous. I like that twice a year.

its the only time in drink in excess without guilt. Work and responsibilities keep this type of fun at bay throughout the year, but when I'm cruising---

uninhibated and loving every minute of it!! Glad someone else feels that way. I thought i was weird for doing that.

Even though it seems i've seen them all a hundred times, I love going back to my stateroom after dinner the 1st night and seeing the towel creature.
