On my disembark of ship I was supposed to get priority status...all I got was a wait in a 2 hour line behind the walk offs....WHY CANT WE BE PRIOR TO WALKOFFS...PROBABLY 10 MINUTES, THEN THE WALKOFFS CAN GO????

Why are cruise lines still advertising cruises to certain islands they are 100% sure you will not be sailing to in next 2 months such as Puerto Rico and st. Thomas???? Isnt that false advertising and against the law???

I'm doing this exact tour (Venice, Florence, Rome then 7 day EPIC) next week. I will let you know how it went!:)

NCL Jade has grouped up with Gate1 travel and they offer a CruiseTour.

3nights in Rome, 2 nights in Florence. 2 nights in Venice then you do a 7 night cruise on the Jade to the Greek Islands.

I like this because you don't often get to see very much of the cities when your just in port for 8 to 10 hours.

I have yet to talk with anyone that has done one of these cruise/tours.

Or they just haven't replied yet.

Hate to tell you but...Its your word against theirs they (the 5 NCL people) never mentioned the Haven/regular room refunds. Its written on your paperwork I'm guessin you will spend lawyer money for nothing as NCL will win. You gotta read fine print & get cancellation insurance ALWAYS

Very disappointed in NCL lowest price guarantee. I paid for a cruise 2 days ago...This AM I found a lower price from 2 different travel agencies...NCL refuses to honor their guarantee saying they only guarantee NCL pricing will be lower than future NCL pricing!! As a gold latitudes member (Platinum after my next cruise) I am now thinking I am going to change my cruise lines. I guess loyalty does not pay!
