Unless it has changed room service is not available on turn around day -But you will not have to do without food I can assure you --a friend of mine put on a stone on a 14 night cruise -----------I was very proud of myself as after 12 days I came back weighing exactly the same !! but I was trying !! There are also fast food venues round the pool on most ships !! as well as the Buffet --and afternoon tea can be quite something although I do not indulge !!

I am glad you enjoyed your cruise -I was also on her for this cruise and enjoyed it very much ---although she does have her faults ----I agree about the central staircase or lack of --it is causing a lot of problems and I think the lifts are also smaller !! I found that by walking to Each end it did solve the problem a little bit --but I am lucky and able to walk --although not good on stairs !!I also thought the Aitrim was under utilised !! a duo singing in there in the evening would have given the Blue bar a bit more atmosphere . I was in a Twin cabin by myself so did not find the size too bad and as for the shower -It is small but served the purpose -and I also found it a joy NOT to have a soaking curtain slap around your legs !!

I enjoyed the food and found the entertainment very good as well although I had seen the production shows before as that was the third cruise I had done on her !! and I am back on her again for two cruises in December !!

I was one number short on the lottery this week as well and they would not pay out either -Bummer eh !! L O L !

As long as there is one to put my diet cokes in for my Vodka ! I do not care - or my poor little cabin Steward will be tired out running for ice for me ! L o L !

I am also on the ships visit and lunch on the 13 th March and then boarding her for a month on the 14 th - just booked the Round Britain in July as well ! I hope I like her !

I have been to Norway and Higher twice in July -first time I wore thermal vest under my T-shirts -second time it was VERY warm !

I am going again on Oriana and will take a couple of thermal vests -The thin ones with me just in case !!

I have sometimes left 2 hours and if it s Manic - you have a problem ! I usually give it as near to three as I can - and have breakfast when I get through security !
