I'm also traveling in a solo cabin. Really looking forward to this cruise! But first, I'm headed to NY to get on the Breakaway this Sunday. Same itinerary as the last DnR cruise from November. I had really wanted to go on that one but the scheduling didn't work out.

I stayed in an accessible aft mini-suite on the 11th deck of the Pearl. I think it has a similar layout to the Jade. The room was HUGE and the balcony provided a really nice view! I'd highly recommend an aft room.

I was wondering if you can by bus tokens on the Cruise Ship or any other

place, that would have shorter lines than the main ticket office?

I know that you can buy them on the ship. However, I've been told that they are less expensive if you by them on-shore. Heard this from a friend of a friend that sailed the Dawn last fall.
