We're coming from Canada. Need 3 nights before cruise, and ideally want to explore LA/Universal.
One night after cruise with a VERY early flight the following day (so not far from LAX, I guess).
Suggestions?
Thanks!!

Time will be very limited. What do you suggest? Teens are 14 and 17. We'll be there on a Tuesday evening. Thanks!!

Our Budget is anywhere up to $80 pp.
What do you recommend to keep older teens entertained? We're quite open in terms of: water sports, hiking, boat tours, land tours etc. We'll be in St. Thomas, St. Maarten and St. Kitts at the end of December.
Debating whether Bernard's Tours will be interesting enough for them.
Thanks so much !!

Wound up just going with ES. Kids will be happy. :)

We'll need 2 nights pre-cruise and one post. We like breakfast included whenever possible and walking distance to restaurants/shops/? beach.
What do you recommend? We're a family of 4, with 2 teenagers, going over XMAS.
Thanks!!

Arriving on Caribbean Princess on Dec. 23rd and looking for ideas to entertain the teenagers (age 13 and 16). Cavetubing / zipline looked like a good option. We don't have water shoes or sandals (and live in a cold winter climate so purchasing now is not an option).
Suggestions? Can the shoes be rented?
Debating this vs. a snorkeling tour...would love some input to keep the teens happy without breaking the bank.
Thanks!!

Arriving on the Caribbean Princess Dec. 22nd and looking for reasonably-priced suggestions to keep the teenagers happy (aged 16 and 13). We'd like to snorkel a bit and also have some time to wander around the town. Do you have any suggestions regarding companies to use for a basic snorkel tour and/or a fun boat ride? Thanks!!!

Seems like a nice bunch. :)

We are travelling with kids and this is what was recommended to us by a friend in Houston...if you have other suggestions, I'm much appreciative.
Thanks!!

On a Princess Cruise from Dec. 20-27. We opted for the BW Seabrook after the cruise and have just discovered that Enterprise is closed on Sundays.
Are there any other car rental options on a Sunday that you are aware of?
Thanks!!

Good idea re. Marriott and transfers. We get in to IAH in the evening before the cruise, so this option made sense.
Are you on the Caribbean Princess on the 20th?
:)

We are not flying in and out of Hobby. For now, I've tentatively booked near Kemah and will figure out if we'll stay there. :)
Thanks!!

I was advised not to stay at the Holiday Inn (someone told me area was not safe...input?).
Other suggestions?
Thanks!!

We are a family of 4 with two teens. We've never been to the Houston area. We arrive the night before the cruise, so just need somewhere that night which is convenient transportation-wise for the Houston airport and for our Princess cruise the following day.
After the cruise, we'll have a few nights (between XMAS and New Years). Happy to rent a vehicle if needed.
Can someone please guide us in the right direction for hotels for before and after the cruise? We like hotels in the class of Hampton Inn or Embassy Suites. Also, if there are particular car rental companies you suggest after we disembark, we'd be much appreciative.
Thanks!!
Need Hotel recommendations please for Los Angeles

Thanks everyone. I found an airbnb that looks gorgeous and has stellar reviews (West Hollywood) so hopefully that will work out.
I'll hunt for a LAX hotel or Santa Monica hotel for the last night...just not sure what to do with the luggage that last day, but we'll figure something out. One of us is only 20 (legal in Canada, but a minor in the US...bummer!!) so something like Magic Castle is out. 😞
