Thanks for your response Travelcat2! We are currently booked in PH Cat A 1110 which is port side. There are other cabins avail starboard side 1113 1111 1103 with shower only so deciding if we should move to one of those. We are sailing South America BA to Rio so port side is preferable, but I hate a shower/tub combo that has a curtain. This is our first time on Mariner, we spent our honeymoon 10 years ago on the Voyager and loved the layout of the Penthouse Bathrooms..these seem a bit smaller. Either way we are looking forward to sailing her. Appreciate your tips!

Which bathroom set-up is preferred on the Mariner - the shower/tub or shower only?

Two different Celebrity call center agents advised us that the drinks package could only be purchased for the full duration of our sailing (it is a 7 night cruise). It can be purchased onboard - up to 2 days before the last night, but you will be charged for the full seven days! :confused:

Very confusing... Has anyone actually purchased it onboard for less than the full duration of the cruise?

I know I'll never drink $56 (with tax) worth on the first day of the cruise for the premium package. Do you know if I buy on the second day, will I only be charged for the remaining days? Thanks
