  1. We always choose our cabin when we cruise.  To save some money, we are considering an inside cabin that Royal Caribbean will choose.  If you have chosen a cabin this way, were you please with what you were assigned?  Did you ever get assigned a room that was better than an inside one, such as an ocean view. Thanks for sharing any experiences that you have had with this!

  2. If anyone has done this excursion, can you please answer a couple of questions. First, are beach chairs included? Do they have chair umbrellas or is there shade by the beach?  How is the swimming area?  Sandy or rocky?  Did you enjoy your time there? Thanks so much for the info

  3. I understand the Royal is now giving Diamond members and above free drink vouchers that can be used anytime during the day.  I believe that I read that it covers alcoholic drinks up to $13 each and that it would include speciality coffees.  Is this correct?  Also, I was wondering if it could be used for milkshakes at Johnny Rockets and/or smoothies at the Vitality Cafe?  It would be wonderful if it did!  Thanks in advance for sharing any knowledge that you have concerning this!

  4. I was on this year's March 9th sailing of the Anthem. It was a beautiful sunny day. We arrived at Cococay and we were all ready to head to the tenders when the captain announced that he felt it was not safe enough to use the tenders, so we did not get to go to Cococay. Nassau already had all the berths filled for that day, so we weren't able to dock in Nassau until around 7:00 that evening.

  5. I just got off the Anthem, and yes, you are able to make reservations at the "Box Office" when on board. The "Box Office" for my cruise was located in the theater. I boarded the ship early and I was at the theater by 11:00. There were only a few people before me on line. I was able to book Northstar, the Puzzle Break Room, IFly, and Spectra's Cabaret with no problem. By the time I finished the bookings, the lines had gotten quite long. I am sure the spaces for these events are limited, so the earlier you get to the "Box Office" the better. Ask as soon as you board where the "Box Office" is located for your cruise. I think it can vary by cruise.

  6. We were on the Vision on a Baltic Cruise last summer. Overall, I liked this ship. I felt it was clean and attractive. Our cruise was pretty port intensive so we didn't rely on the ship for our "fun". The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was the Windjammer. It seemed rather small with less variety compared to other ships. We liked it enough that we are sailing on it again this coming May on a 12 day Mediterranean cruise.
