I’m glad you enjoyed your stay there before. I appreciate the information about late meals in Spain and Italy.  I’d read about that in other threads but learning about the tapas in the rooftop bar, is really good information.  I did hear back from the hotel that we can indeed store our luggage there until our room is available.

We’re staying at Hotel 1898 in Barcelona. Anyone know if we can stash our bags at the hotel before check-in? I think I read that others on this ship are also staying here.

My husband and I booked this cruise and are very hopeful it will actually happen after 3 previous cancellations (2 canceled by Carnival and one by us). It’ll be our first TA crossing.  We are very excited and happy to see so many repeat TA cruisers (must be fun!?)

We are flying into London and looking for airfare to Barcelona. Anyone have experience with Vueling airline? 

We just returned from the Princess Land/cruise tour on the Coral.  While I dearly loved the cruise, the land tour was boring to me and most of the group I traveled with.  We felt like we were on the bus more than really experiencing anything.  If I had it to do over again, I would do the land tour on my own with a car rental!  I agree with the earlier post that said that the McKinley Lodge "is used by Princess to warehouse people on their cruisetours." It was kind of a blah stop.

One part of the land tour that was very nice was the train ride to Anchorage: beautiful ride, wildlife to enjoy, and a fantastic tour guide made it a wonderful! Good luck in your planning.  Also, we got a balcony for the cruise portion and enjoyed it very much!  Definitely recommend, especially during the glacier tour!

We used Jiffy Jeff Transportation to drive our group of 10 from a Ft Lauderdale hotel to the Port of Miami. They were wonderful--best van service we've ever used. Great (seriously, awesome!!) communication! Comfortable ride. Reliable. Highly recommended!
