We are travelling on a Avalon River Cruise ,Budapest to Amsterdam in Sept. 2022. We purchased the insurance offered by Avalon when we made initial deposit. It does not mention any coverage for  COVID. What type if insurance are other Canadians buying?

We are from Canada, and are planning on taking the day trip excursion to Macau with Holland America on Jan 31. It notes on the description that a visa is sometimes required . Can anyone tell me if it is required does HA do that and then bill us onboard?
