I went to book our St. John Excursion, and was so disappointed to see that it was sold out already. Does anybody have advise on traveling to St. John on their own, from St. Thomas?

We are planning to eat at the steakhouse and cannot wait, just a little concerned, my sister is a huge eater, and i hope she isn't hungry, as i have read that you cannot order two entrees? Are you able to order 2 desserts? those are her favorite.

I heard that there is alot of beer drinking up on deck, and some animal towel folding classes. sound like fun ! lol.
