Does HAL supply robes in all cabin categories?

Because you’ve booked a New Years cruise, the demographic will be more family groups of every age. We’ve been on two HAL New Years cruises in a row; 2019 included teens 14 and 18 in a family group of nine. The teens had a good time. They always had the option of dining with the rest of us in the MDR or not, and usually chose to change for dinner in the MDR. You’ll have a great time!

I'd get a hotel room. Everyone will be much happier after a short night's sleep and a shower. Why start the cruise tired (and probably cranky)?

There are good maps on this page that show the water taxi dock by Piazzale Roma. http://livingveniceblog.com/venice-instructions/coming-going/venice-by-cruise-ship/

Mooline, how did you get the opportunity to upgrade? We are staying at the Renaissance after our cruise in May, and that upgrade sounds like a great deal! I don't remember seeing anything about an upgrade on the Marriott website.
Thanks!

I've been researching a wheelchair accessible cabin for a family member and just ran across a very handy resource on the ***** website under "special needs." After you click on the name of a specific ship on that page, there is a link "to view a detailed list of accessible cabins and measurements" and then a chart of the various accessibility features of the ship.
The detailed list of accessible cabins gives you the stateroom numbers and the door widths. It beats squinting at the deck plans to figure out where the accessible cabins are!

I understand that the Westerdam is also going to PV. (Previously, it was going to Juneau but that has changed.)
