  1. Hey everyone I have a question for a colleague that I know someone can probably answer here.

During their move they seem to have misplaced the Disney booklets that had their luggage tags in it. Now they are heading to Orlando on Saturday and don't have it. I can't imagine that this is a huge issue as you can always book within a period of time which you won't receive the documents but I just want some more expert advice as I have never sailed on Disney (YET!!).

    Thanks in advance!

  2. Hey everyone! I know this is the place to ask this question!

I have 2 friends that are going on Allure on Sunday and FORGOT to fill out their set sail passes until today... now it's too late... anyone ever have this happen to them? I know people that book the very last minute may have this situation but coming from Newfoundland I have never had the "opportunity" to get the last minutes cruises.

Any advice or info would GREAT!

  3. My sil got the $20 pkg on the liberty and she was able to get the mochas, cappuccino etc at the cafe promenade and in the mdr. She did not try any place else.

Thanks for that clarification! When they say nonalcoholic cocktails were they pretty much "virgin" drinks? Like nonalcoholic pina coladas, lava flows or strawberry daiquiris? Thanks!

  4. Anyone have any experience with this package yet? DW and I were considering it but were uncertain as to what is meant by nonalcoholic cocktails? Does it include the "virgin" lava flows for example? Or would it just be the virgin strawberry daiquiris and pina colada type drinks?

  5. The press release states the following:

Allure of the Seas will now call on Nassau, Bahamas, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and on Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is no need to modify Allure of the Seas' western Caribbean itineraries."

My original itinerary showed St. Thomas from 10:00am-7:00pm, but does show 11:00-7:00 now.

I thought the recent cruises were showing up later than normal and leaving about 30 minutes early? I think I'm doing a good job of confusing myself. LOL. The extra few hours won't make a difference. I'm just wondering why they say 5:00 now?

Haha mad confusion now! I think it may be a miscommunication??? Maybe? I think the last couple sailings left St. Thomas at around 6:45pm?

  6. I hope this was an error...

They state for the revised itinerary for Eastern:

    St. Thomas, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

I thought they have been there 11:00-11:30 and all aboard at 6:30, leaving at 7:00. There hasn't been an issue getting into St. Martin on time. I'm not sure why they would move it up to 5:00 (or 4:30 all aboard).

    Hey there!

I am on the sailing January 19th. My itinerary says 11am to 7pm for St. Thomas.

  7. Someone else posted this in a live post today:

We are in cabin 14250. Nice. Not too big but big enough. A lot of storage. We are on the Port side superior balcony We pulled into Nassau at 6:42 am ( I was awake) and by 7:10 people who were on tours were disembarking. You will have to be back on the ship by 12:30. There are two Celebrity ships and a Aida.de (German) ship also in port. I was amazed that we went into port back end first so the port side was pier side. More to follow.

  8. Depends on a few things, US Citizen VS Non Us then what time you put on your check out card when they ask you the questions about disembarking. We always were off and aboard a taxi by 10am. The non us citizen line moves much faster though. My cousins who were us citizens on the same cruise disembarked the same time but were about an hour behind us. If you choose the self disembark process you can be off really early and the lines may not be so bad... lots of factors to consider here.

  9. Yeah no one can blame the movement of the ship on the azipod issue... I have spent 5 weeks between Oasis and Allure and have always felt movement, let it be the rocking motion or the pitching... Just depends on the person of course on how much it truly affects them. It is a ship, a very tall one at that, and it is not invincible to mother nature's forces...
