I do recommend CLAUDIO from Romania to anyone going on the Pride - he is an extremely efficient and gracious waiter. I was impressed. I can not recall his last name but he has a Croatian assistant waiter that works with him.

I actually got a typed letter from the Purser - saying she would personally follow up and they called my cabin a day later to confirm the issue had been resolved. They probaly suspected that I will post to every crusie site in the world.....lol

Maitre D' was tied up with Richard Simmons - was un interested at the time.

Just got off the Pride - food in the dining room was surprisingly good. The wait staff was uneven. First day we got a lazy waiter and complanied to the purser's desk - was reassigned to a new waiter. Claudio (Romanian guy) was probaly the best head waiter I have seen on a cruise ship. The lesson here - it pays to complain to the Purser because these complaints are logged and followed up on.
