I just booked with choice air for next Christmas from Toronto to Santiago, back from BA to Toronto in business class. Their airfare was 3500 dollars cheaper than airfares published on delta and air Canada's sites, and about 1500 cheaper than the fare on LAN Chile's website. The fare is held and guaranteed until final payment day which is another advantage vs buying with airlines.
There are no guarantees in life, but they would help you reroute at not cost if there are issues with your routing.
The on,y incremental cost was signing up for Choice Air Plus, which I think was something like 75 to 95 dollars per passenger.
All in all, a good deal.

Deck - 11, Solstice
Cabin # - 1611
Class – PS
Starboard or Port Side - Port
Bed near?(balcony or bath) – King size against aft wall of bedroom.
Quiet Cabin Quiet. On balcony could sometimes hear soft music from pool deck. No noise from overhead. At night there was the occasional door slamming.
Balcony View - On the hump, views forward and back. Top of the right branch of Big X. The X did not impede view.
Balcony Size? Normal or oversized for class? - Oversized, about the length of 5 double sliding doors. It has a jacuzzi on balcony.
Was wind a problem? Not enough! No wind problems.
Any specific problems with this cabin? none we encountered.
Any other comments?
Awesome cabin with 2 bathrooms. Master bathroom itself is probably the size of 2 regular staterooms. Best shower head (double) I have ever used! Great location close to mid elevators (no noise though)

Ushuaia - new ideas needed

I booked a private excursion to Tierra del Fuego using patagoniashorex.com.
Try them out - Jaime is very responsive on email and they get good reviews.
Don't remember the price - to be honest, I was less concerned about dollars, more concerned about getting a private tour easily (booked all my excursions in all ports with them) and quickly.
