I have found that they usually have a table set-up on the Lido somewhere that you can purchase and activate your pre-purchased Bubbles and Cheers.

They wouldn’t be. Except that they might have a 2nd ship with them. I meant that the Pride was supposed to go to PC and web to to HMC instead. Sorry that wasn’t clear.
oh ok. I read your original post wrong.

Why would ships with ports of call to HMC be effected?
-
Looking forward to trying these on the Pride.

Cash, they don't really have room to store gifts.

Only Royal Caribbean has soda dispensers, and their contract with Coca-Cola makes Freestyle Dispensers exclusive to Royal Caribbean well into the future.
Sent from my eye phone using a three legged yak FFS
Disney has soda dispensers as well. They don't have Freestyle but they do have dispensers.
I don't get why they don't get dispensers. You would think it would be easier than the cans of soda.

I am very content with Carnival. I like the price, I like the food, I like the service. The only reason my cruise in 2019 is on another cruise is because Carnival doesn't have a British Isles itinerary. I will also choose a different cruise line when I go on a Mediterranean cruise, again because Carnival doesn't offer that itinerary for very long when they do have it.

As a Southerner who loves her iced tea, I was considering foregoing the Bubbles program for the next cruise and just drinking the tea onboard. This thread just convinced me to buy Bubbles again.
My first cruise I decided against buying Bubbles for myself because I don't really drink much soda and I thought I would just drink the ice tea on the ship. Nope one sip and off to the bar to buy a soda I went.
I will order ice tea from the main dining room it is way better than the tea on the lido deck.

Half Moon Cay is by far my favorite. Now if only it wasn't a tender port. Too much time wasted with tendering.

My favorite cruise so far has been on the Pride, 2 years ago today. It was an 8 day with 4 sea day, and Nassau, Grand Turk and Half Moon Cay.

I wonder how that works with advance purchase. It's 15% less to purchase in advance
When purchasing in advance you can choose 1 person or all persons in the cabin for the internet. I advanced purchased the same package for all 3 in my cabin. But I am pretty sure you can choose just yourself and purchase. And then go in again and purchase the different package for the other person.

It's not the Guy's burgers that I will miss on my Miracle cruise in April, it is the fries. They are awesome. I will also miss the Blue Iguana. I love the tacos and burritos there. If it wasn't for the partial Panama Canal transit I wouldn't have chosen this ship because of Guys and The Blue Iguana missing. But I am sure I will still love this cruise and will enjoy the ship too. This will be my 3rd Spirit Class ship, and out of the Carnival ships I have been on the Pride has been my favorite ship.

On our last cruise aboard Carnival Pride in March of this year we decided we wanted to relax more too. So we decided to skip the MDR on the elegant nights, but we went to the MDR the other nights. We wore nice shorts and polo shirts for those dinners.
I personally find the dining room more relaxing than the buffets.
But we have already decided on the Magic in January we are going to skip the MDR on elegant nights and eat at other areas of the ship.

So, we purchased FTTF, but we then upgraded to a suite. So, I dont think I really need it anymore. My mom and my aunt are on the same sailing now and it would be nice for them to be able to have priority tendering and to be able to board quicker, does anyone know if there is a way to transfer it to my mom and aunts booking?
Thanks!

I have never cruised RCCL so I can't say for that.
For lunch buffet I definitely think Disney is better.
MDR - I like Carnival better. I felt Disney was trying to be too fancy.
I also really hate that Disney doesn't have a dinner buffet! If I am going to skip the main dining room it is because I don't want what is on the menu. But Disney if you skip the main dining and go to the buffet area they seat you and serve you the same menu as the MDR. I really really hated that!

Is there a way to switch cabins or room types on your reservation online? Or do you have to call those in?
Carnival and Disney I could do it online. But NCL I am nit seeing that option, but I could be missing it.
Thanks!

Thanks Victoria for another awesome trip report! I have really appreciated reading through this report each day! And it just makes me so much more excited for my cruise on the Fantasy in May 2015.
Thanks again!

"These cost like... $16 at the parks! Heck yeah, I'm getting a turkey leg!"

I have never had a Turkey Leg in the parks. I always think about getting one but talk myself out of it. So maybe on the Fantasy I will finally try one!

Hey, Brandon!
I'll be doing Eastern on the Fantasy in February. Does yours include San Juan? Mine is San Juan, St. Maarten and Castaway Cay.
Mine does include San Juan, St Thomas and Castaway Cay!

I am subscribing to this review! I love reading your reviews on MB so I might as well read here too!
I am going on the Fantasy in May 2015, my first Disney cruise. It will be Eastern Caribean but I still can learn more about the ship from following your cruise!
I ordered a Fish Extender from someone on Etsy. Like you I think it will cause me some stress trying to come up with some gifts.

Great review! Looking forward to your final day!

Thanks for this review. So far I have only sailed on three Carnival ships. But I love Disney. I finally just tonight booked my first Disney cruise on board the Disney Fantasy for May 2, 2015. Just 400 days til Sail Away!

Great review! Thanks for writing it. It is making me more and more anxious for my trip on Magic in March!
