With ships sailing less than full, some main dining rooms are closed.  On our last Princess cruise from LA, there was chaos at the main dining room at about 6 pm, when those without reservations were turned away.  Last week I tried to book main dining for our family of six  on Discovery Princess next week and was offered only 8:40 pm only if we used separate tables!  So much for "dine your way".

Thanks, but the CVS web site says the rapid test is not available within 100 miles of us.

We're in Riverside CA, about 75  miles from the LA port. We are on the Majestic Princess March 5.  We're trying to schedule a Covid test, and all the tests we find on line promise a 1 to 2 day result  after the sample gets to the lab--so if we test March 3, the earliest allowed by Princess, we may not have results back on time. Does anyone know of a rapid test site in SOCAL or an alternative  solution?

Is there a public transport option to the port of Los Angeles or an alternative to the $20 per day parking?
